Hale Village Carnival has been running of over 50 years. The 2019 Carnival Theme is The Sea !!! Residents who are taking taking part are encouraged to Explore anything under, above or simply related to "The Sea " We have recently introduced the popular Village Scarecrow competion which is judged and the scarecrow trophy presented at the carnival.
